Ton quoditien
Tenir et mettre à jour les systèmes de classement et d'enregistrement manuels et informatisés, et compiler et rédiger des rapports et des documents reliés aux activités du département;
Renseigner les employés, clients, fournisseurs aux sujets des fonctions des ressources humaines;
Remplir, vérifier et traiter les formulaires et les documents nécessaires à l'administration des avantages sociaux, tels que ceux des régimes de retraite, des congés, ainsi que de l'assurance-emploi et de l'assurance-maladie;
Mettre à jour les registres des présences, des congés et des heures supplémentaires des employés pour assurer la rémunération et les avantages sociaux auxquels ils ont droit, aux moyens de systèmes informatisés;
Gestion du temps des employés horaires;
Toutes autres tâches connexes

Tes qualifications
Détenir un D.E.C. en techniques administratives ou dans une discipline connexe;
Expérience minimum de 3 ans au sein d'un département de ressources humaines;
Expérience en traitement de la paie;
Expérience du milieu manufacturier ;
La connaissance des logiciels DayForce, Kronos et Oracle;
Bilinguisme français-anglais parlé, lu et écrit, essentiel pour répondre à nos employés anglophones et correspondre avec notre corporation aux États-Unis;
Tu maîtrises la suite Office et tu possèdes une facilité à apprendre de nouveaux logiciels;
Tu es une personne polyvalente et tu es très flexible dans ton travail.
