Workplace Designer Virtual Design and Construction

Position OverviewM Moser Associates seeks a dynamic Workplace Designer specializing in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) to join our Project Methodology Global Team.
This role is pivotal in supporting our North American projects, encompassing early conceptual design, design development, and through to construction administration.
Utilizing advanced 3D and VDC tools like Trimble Connect, you will create compelling visuals and models, ensuring seamless integration and impactful delivery of unique workplace designs.
Our commitment to innovation is reflected in our dedication to train team members on the latest methodologies and tools, ensuring continuous professional growth.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupporting on prepare, deliver and win design presentation opportunities for new medium- large sized projects on a consistent basisEnd-to-End Coordination:
Lead the integration of 3D models, optimize spatial efficiency.Time-Driven Sequencing:
Collaborate with the construction manager and internal experts to apply 4D construction methods, creating dynamic schedules that visually track construction progress.
Identify potential issues early for improved construction management and quality.

Partner with estimators and internal experts , utilizing 5D visual estimation techniques for precise cost forecasts.
Empower informed decisions across the project lifecycle and uncover potential construction issues affecting costs and quality.
（training provided ）Collaborate to with project team to develop client solutions and solve complex problemsEstablish and maintain a high level of trust between the project team, client and other project stakeholdersMentor and coach designers for the knowledge of VDC and enhances teamwork and skill-buildingCollaborate with contractors and subcontractors to share design and construction expertise in order to create inventive, well-crafted environmentsQualifications & Key Competencies:
5+ years of work experience contributing to workplace interior design projectsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Design or other related fieldProficiency in Revit, SketchUp, with a strong background in 3D modeling and coordination.Demonstrated ability to manage detailed development in workplace design.Exceptional organizational skills and experience effectively contributing to multiple projects at the same timeKnowledge of local codes and permitting processes and requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication, simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences.Note:
