- Demonstrated experience in driving large multi-disciplinary (buildings and infrastructure) projects as a senior or general superintendent
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Excitement about best practice and mentoring field and project staff to develop their abilities and deliver best-in-class projects
- Passion for mentoring others and winning as a team
