- Greet and assist customers using Suzanne's Customer Service Experience Sequence.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently on POS system.
- Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Collaborate with team to maintain a clean and organized store.
- Stay up to date on Suzanne's fashion trends and merchandise arrivals.
- Build relationships with guests to create a loyal customer base.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, perform light housekeeping duties.
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Friendly positive and outgoing personality.
- Previous sales experience in women's retail fashion an asset.
- Experience with meeting sales goals/targets an asset.
- Knowledge of POS systems and comfortable with cash register.
- Punctual and reliable.
