On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead an Integrated/Digital Transformation Plan and establish a Project Management Office (PMO). This role is crucial in driving institutional integrated planning and ensuring that the client's strategic initiatives are effectively prioritized and implemented.
Services Required:
Integrated/Digital Transformation Plan:
• Develop and implement a robust framework for integrated planning across the institution.
• Design and execute a pilot methodology for the 2025/26 budget planning cycle.
• Engage with the Leadership Circle and other key stakeholders to ensure collaborative and inclusive planning processes.
Establish Project Management Office (PMO):
• Develop and standardize project management methodology for broad institutional use.
• Allocate dedicated project management resources for strategic initiatives that result from integrated planning prioritization and annual budget allocation.
• Support Long-Term Strategic Priorities
• Ensure alignment and support for long-term strategic goals through effective project management practices.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the education sector or similar institutional settings.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated planning frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
