Restaurant Manager - Resort Dining Room

Our client operates a very high-quality restaurant facility in their deluxe resort property on Vancouver Island is searching for an outstanding and talented Restaurant Manager.

• Our client is seeking a passionate individual with a strong affinity for food and wine.
  The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, can-do manager with a background in food and beverage services, particularly in quality fine dining establishments and event/catering management.
• You will be an enthusiastic, energetic, well-groomed host with an outgoing personality.
  In this role, you'll assist and oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and daily administration.
  You will also work the floor and assist in developing strong relationships with guests.
• Must possess excellent team-building skills and sound technical skillset to successfully drive and market the business.
  Can demonstrate results in setting and achieving outstanding guest satisfaction scores results.
  Supporting an amazing restaurant team to deliver a memorable service experience to the guests.
• The best-suited individual for this position would be polished, dynamic, and a socializer with a knack for creating the perfect environment.
  You read people and the environment brilliantly and can react quickly.

The successful candidate's salary will be up to $65,000.
The company will also offer an outstanding comprehensive benefits plan.
