• Smart Serve Certification.• Guest/Customer service excellence focused• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.On your shift you will be:
• Helping create an ideal experience for our guests.• Running food and describing the dish to the guest with great onstage demeanour• Assisting with back duties - polishing cutlery and plates and completing daily restaurant duties• Supporting in all phases of service (bread, water, coffee, mis en place) & following our steps of service• Clearing and setting tables• Assisting with setups and takedownsWe are conducting an internal and external search simultaneously.
