Lomond Community School is a K - 12 school located 1 hour north of Lethbridge.
Many of our staff carpool out to Lomond.
We support 100 students with a staff of 15.
LCS runs on a 4-day school week.
We are a collaborative environment where support staff are encouraged to share their insight into student learning.
Nearly 50% of our school population is EAL, so an understanding of the Low German culture is an advantage.
Hours of work - Thursdays 10:

This position could potentially have an increase in hours, for the right candidate.
We are looking for an individual to work with our Low German Mennonite Class.
This individual will provide lessons in German and Bible.
The successful candidate will have a full understanding of the language and Mennonite culture; classroom support will be provided.
We invite those who are eager to work with children and want to see them discover the beauty of our Low German Mennonite culture.
