Job Summary
Altus Group is currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to support our Tax Team.
Your responsibilties will include billing and administrative support, client support and relationship building.
This position requires in office expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support - Handle diverse administrative individually and as part of the team.
- Data entry and upload.
- Data and report exports, edits, validation of data.
- Analysis support in various formats.
- Client Support - Assist clients in the collection of assessment data, completing necessary forms required by the assessing authorities for Altus Group's engagement in property tax consulting.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Relationship Building - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence in Altus.
Key Requirements
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and other relevant software applications.
- Proficiency in drafting contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal guidelines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working effectively under deadlines and managing time-sensitive tasks.
- Capability to work independently while also being a proactive team player.
