To manage the control and distribution of the airline and airworthiness documentation throughout the company ensuring the airline has comprehensive continued airworthiness supportYOUR TASKS:
Responsible for maintaining a library and publications record keeping system that will always conform to Civil Aviation Regulations e.g.
ANTR Part M, GACAR Part 43, Part 121, etcEstablishes and maintains a library inventory control and accountability system using the TRAX / MIS Computer System.
Manage and control the airline operational manuals on the Electronic Flight Bag software solution.
Ensure publications are updated, circulated and distributed within the airline and externally to the civil aviation authorities according to Original Aircraft Manufacturer's and STC holder status report.Ensure updated copies of OEM/STC manuals, supplemental manuals, company manuals and forms are provided to the subcontracted MRO's during C check's and additional maintenance visits.Responsible to update the aircraft on-board library including the maintenance laptops with up to date maintenance documents / Operational documents / aircraft certificates folder / Flight crew notices / forms folder etc.Responsible to manage the Boeing and STC manuals on the Boeing Digital Documents Program / Boeing Maintenance Toolbox.
Ensuring the manuals are adequately bookmarked and referenced for clarity of applicability.Register the new and revised AD's, SB's, SILs, and manual revisions on the Engineering Register.Responsible to Issue Technical Notice, Safety Alerts, Regulatory Compliance review documents, Quality Notices, email approved TNs, and file closed TNsAuthoring and formatting of company manuals for Maintenance, Flight Operations, Security & Quality Departments.Managing the submission of company manuals to the BCAA and GACA for approvals, incorporating any changes/ feedback as deemed desired by the authorities.
Maintain the master file of company approved forms and updated form Index.
Create, amend and format company formsWill produce monthly report of New & revised manuals for the month showing their applicability and circulation status.Upon induction of a new aircraft will be responsible for setting up the new aircraft manuals in the TRAX / MIS Computer system and manage the purchase and circulation of the required publications.Assist in maintaining the Aircraft Archives in liaison with the Technical Records departmentResponsible for continued compliance during regulatory and compliance audits, ensuring timely actions for findings, if any.YOUR PROFILE:
Minimum of 5 years aviation experience, including publications experience.ICAO Type II Licence is preferableExcellent Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Fluent in English (written and spoken)OUR OFFER:
