We have an exciting opportunity for a Solution Architect to join us on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the role is the definition and delivery of business aligned Architecture and Solutions working and supporting MS Dynamics CRM for assigned initiatives and their oversight thru to delivery.
This role identifies end-to-end solution options and recommendations, balancing factors such as strategic intent, commercial outcome, speed, cost and quality while ensuring alignment to relevant Target State Architectures
Key areas are:
This role is specifically supporting our MS Dynamics CRM system within our Business Operations and Health Insurance domains.
Exposure to Contact Centre platforms and an understanding of Knowledge Management is essential.
Workforce Management and automated workflow in the assisted channel
MS Dynamics CRM experience is essential
Detailed knowledge of modern approaches to integration
In your application can you please outline your experience regarding the above key areas.
Responsibilities:
Experience with large scale corporate infrastructure & systems.
Proven experience in at least one of the following topics:
digital strategy, modern architectural practices, business transformation, modernization & optimisation
Demonstrated ability in working through organisational complexity with pace.
Working experience as a solution architect in a large and complex environment delivering large programs of work, particularly with top-to-bottom stakeholder management and communications.
Experience with one or more Architecture frameworks (e.g.
TOGAF)
In-depth knowledge of Agile ways of working, LEAN, Human Centred Design, and supporting processes, principles and design capabilities.
Demonstrated grasp of Architecture techniques and ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders and initiative owners.
