ROLE OVERVIEW An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Broadcast Schedules Coordinator to join our team.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Broadcast Schedules Coordinator with Gravity Media.
As a Schedules Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our channel scheduling processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
This is a full-time role based in Sydney or Melbourne, supporting a 24/7 Horseracing channel.
Part-time candidates with flexibility will also be considered.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and manage the daily scheduling of programs, commercials, and promotions.
Prepare and distribute accurate and timely schedule information to relevant departments.
Maintain up-to-date information on program changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of program logs and schedules.
Generate and distribute reports related to scheduling activities.
Manage the Electronic Program Guide (EPG) listings including program changes, titles and synopses so that accurate program listings are always displayed Provide support and assistance to the Commercial Inventory team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in the broadcast media industry Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Good Microsoft Excel skills Horse racing knowledge an advantage, but not essential.
