What you'll be doing in this role:
Due to growth in our Cardiac theatre sessions, we are looking for either Full Time or Part Time Registered Nurses who have demonstrated experience as a Cardiac Scrub/Scout Registered Nurse.
Reporting into our Operating Suite, Nurse Unit Manager, you will work within a collaborative and supportive team environment of our highly skilled nursing team. We have a large perioperative team, who support 19 operating theatres and maintain the highest standards in patient-centred care.
What we are looking for:
Current AHPRA registration ideally with 2-3 years' experience in as a scrub/scout Nurse
Demonstrated experience within the Cardiac specialty
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts including morning, evenings, and nights
The ability to participate in the on-call roster as needed
A team player that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
The ability to use your initiative and critical problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
