The role
The People and Culture Officer is responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of our P&C operations nationally.
Providing broad exposure, this role supports recruitment and onboarding, annual calendar activities and learning and development administration.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent organisational skills who has worked in a high-volume environment, attention to detail, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Experience or qualifications in HR or Recruitment would support an easy transition.

Adelaide, SA,
in our new office in the CBD.
What the role involves:
Recruitment and Onboarding
Deliver essentialpre-employment and onboarding functions, enabling efficient and compliant processing of new employees
Provide excellent customer service to candidates, new employees and a range of internal stakeholders
Raise and process employee contract variations
P&C Administration and Coordination
Support annual P&C cycle activities such as our remuneration review, , recognition program,
Assist with scaled projects and initiatives such as our employee benefits offering
Learning and Development
Maintain and update training records within the learning management system (LMS) including tracking employee progress, ensuring accurate completion data and managing any changes or additions to training content.
Generate reports on training completions supporting the evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs.
Serve as the primary contact for any questions related to the Learning Management System. Assist employees, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on using the platform.
Develop simple e-Learning modules using e-Learning software.
