We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Principal Advisor to lead our Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will provide leadership and direction in the planning and implementation of EarlyChildhood and State Schools Division priorities, ensuring alignment with the department's overarching agenda for school improvement. You will offer expert strategic guidance to senior departmental officers and keystakeholders on matters pertinent to the role's responsibilities. Additionally, you will deliver high-calibre professional learning, technical expertise, and ongoing coaching in PBL to empower schools within the region, therebyenhancing educational outcomes for every student. About the Role
Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating proven leadership of Positive Behaviour for Learning at the school level.
- Provide high level advice and support to regional and school leaders, and shape strategic thinking to promote and support establishment of multi-tiered systems of support for student learning, wellbeing and behaviour.
- Collaborate with regional and school teams to align and achieve outcomes of State Schools Strategic Plan.
- Support schools to meet the baseline standards for PBL annual verification.
