Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and deploy modern workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Teams, SharePoint, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
Implement security best practices to safeguard data integrity and privacy across all workplace solutions, including Microsoft Defender.
Manage and optimize endpoint management tools like Intune for seamless device provisioning, configuration, and updates.
Engineer and package Standard Operating Environments (SOE) for Windows 11 and Application Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
Provide expertise in Exchange, Mail, and M365 Compliance for seamless integration and regulatory adherence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing workplace technology solutions in a large corporate environment, with specific expertise in Intune, SOE Engineering, and packaging.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Windows 11, AVD, and other relevant technologies.
Familiarity with Exchange, Mail, and M365 Compliance for comprehensive workplace integration.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
