Job Title: EXPEDITOR
Job Location: DUBAI

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM

Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. They would:
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of Experience
- Proven work experience as an Expeditor or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Educational Qualification- minimum bachelor's degree relevant to the field
- Prefer candidates who can join immediately.
- Must speak English.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Go through the terms and conditions of the Purchase Order once received from Purchasing Dept. (Check the supplier Order Conformation thoroughly is in line with our PO, report any inaccuracies & confirm delivery is in line with requirements) - Order Confirmation to be uploaded in ERP & update status of activity done in ERP status update.
- In case of deviation -between the submitted offer and Purchase Order coordinate with the Buyer.
- Follow up on order acknowledgment.
- Amendment of PO in case of changes, Subject to approval by Dept. Manager / Branch Manager.
- In case of LC issue LC application and submit the same to the accounts dept via ERP.
- Follow up on orders and update ERP (status update) on every follow-up.
- Inspection notification to be issued via ERP to QA dept.
- Prepare shipping entry in ERP on receipt of the shipping advice from the supplier.
- Follow up on shipping and clearing documents from the supplier on time, well in advance before the vessel arrives.
- Any other clarification related to MTC, Short shipment, damage of material - liaising with QA dept. and suppliers.
- General correspondence related to orders and inquiries. (also, to be updated in status update of ERP)
- Maintain healthy and strong relationships with the suppliers.
- Maintain all records in accordance with ERP system practices.
- Updating Daily Task Reports in ERP
Responsible for completing any other work assigned by Department Manager / Branch Manager / Management
