About The Role

Due to exciting growth, we are hiring a Business Development Manager to take full relationship accountability for strategic gaming accounts based in the EMEA region. You will work to maximise minting volume into Immutable by successfully securing partnerships with strategic gaming customers to use our Web3 gaming platform and service.

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sales process, including account strategy, deal negotiations, legal agreements, relationship development, technical scoping, and evangelising key products, platforms and service offerings. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams across GTM, Legal, Sales Engineering, Game Studio, Acceleration, and Partner Success. Partner with the business development leaders in driving the early stages of the sales cycle and helping with new customer acquisitionWork across traditional 'web2' channels (e.g. cold calling, email, LinkedIn) and 'web3' channels (e.g. Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc) to reach prospectsUnderstand and identify trends and opportunities in the web3 gaming landscapeBring your connections across the industry, bringing a ready pipeline of game studios and developers to ImmutableTake full accountability for how many of your partners launch their projects on Immutable, working with cross-functional teams to make this happenBuild deep relationships with executive stakeholders across multiple functions and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales processDevelop strategic plans for your target accounts and identify required supporting resources4+ years of client-facing experience working with web3 or gaming clients in a fast-paced technology companyA deep interest in crypto, web3, gaming, DeFi, digital assets, etcExceptional operational and communication abilitiesComfortable working in a high-change startup environment. 0-1 operator. This role will be part of the Immutable platform team. The goal for Immutable X is to be the leading platform for NFT minting & trading 'powering the world of NFT's'. Our business development mission is to drive sales and growth across key marketplaces and solution providers to be the undisputed leader in scalable blockchain technology within gaming and Web3 gaming.
