F45 Hoboken is looking for ambitious, energetic, knowledgeable, hard-working, and dedicated fitness professionals to deliver the F45 experience to our members.

Position Requirements:

* Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during group training sessions

* Collaborate with Studio Manager and team on daily, weekly and monthly personal & studio goals

* Ensure that ALL members are receiving hands on training and attention during class time, performing exercises effectively and safely, while keeping them motivated and encouraged throughout the class

* Successfully capable to perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed

* Contribute to the F45 culture by facilitating a clean, organized, energetic, and fun fitness studio

Key Attributes of an F45 Trainer:

* Must have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to connect with members daily

* Confident, motivational, and outgoing

* Self-motivated and goal-oriented

* Excellent attention to detail

* Punctual and reliable

* Excellent customer service skills with a go-getter mentality

: Experience & Qualifications:

* Current certification from an accredited fitness program (required)

* Current First Aid & CPR/AED Certification (required)

* 1+ years of personal training and/or group fitness experience (preferred)
