Position Overview: As an Licensed Clinical Social Worker will providetherapeutic service in a mental health clinic and/or inpatient psychiatricfacility.

Conducts mental health evaluations.
Makes diagnoses and prescribes therapy.
Administers and interprets projective tests.
Conducts individual and group psychotherapy.
Participates in staff conferences and recommends appropriate treatment approaches.
Assists in developing and organizing a program of clinic treatment.
Directs case conferences. Serves as a consultant to other clinic staff.
Confers with patients relatives regarding illness and treatment.
Assists through consultation in establishing psychiatric programs and policies.
Provides consultation as need to establish plan of care for patients.
Performs therapeutic services in within the organization as requested.
Keeps medical records and prepares psychiatric reports.
Testifies in judicial proceedings on matters concerning petitions and affidavits.
Completes other duties as assigned.
