Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & DutiesAssist with maintenance improvement projectsMaintain the upkeep and repair of the property and groundsAssist with periodic inspections of the property and apartmentsPrepare vacant apartments for occupancyPerform work order requestsComplete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removalRequirements:
Maintenance technician skills:
