At Porter, we understand that exceptional cleanliness creates the necessary backdrop for outstanding guest experiences. As a Housekeeping Contractor, your role will be crucial to ensure that our properties are meticulously cleaned, staged, stocked, and ready to welcome our next guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning living areas, restroom cleaning, exterior touch-ups, etc.
Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, clean windows, and maintain common area cleanliness.
Stock and perform staging duties as needed
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Adhere to established cleaning and safety procedures

Note:

QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of one year of experience focusing on time management and customer service is preferred.
Experience in commercial, residential, or vacation rental cleaning preferred.
Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver s license, and insurance.
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift weights to 30lbs.
Proficient in floor care techniques and carpet cleaning, familiar with relevant methods and equipment.
Capable of working independently and on a team, with high efficiency and minimal supervision.
Strong English communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage:
$20.00 - 23.00 per hour based on experience and achievement.
