Lead Civil Engineer - Offshore Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join the Technip Energies team on an exciting career opportunity!Our client has tasked us with providing experienced professionals to work on a 30 hectare reuse project off the eastern coast of Saudi Arbia in the Berri oilfield.This is an opportunity for US or Canadian nationals and is an Expat assignment in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Lead Civil Engineer - Minimum ten (10) years of experience in design and construction, with at least 7 years in civil major works.
Graduate from an accredited university.
Strong knowledge of Conceptual Design, FEED and Detailed Engineering of Civil scope in projects.
Experience in foundations and GBS - gravity base structures- engineering.
Experience in analysis and design for large projects.The Lead Civil Engineer's main responsibilities are:
Review Customer technical requirements and ensure these are incorporated in EPC Contractors project related specifications and design drawings.
These include collection and interpretation of engineering data, development of project design basis, development of specifications, and performance of engineering activities.
Engineering Reports are often a work product.
Review and/or development of project deliverables including:
CSA procedures Technical specifications Conceptual design Geotechnical Reports Onshore Structural Steelwork Foundation and building/structural designs Underground layouts and pipework Preparation of cost estimate input.
Coordinating Civil related issues with the other disciplines.
Ensuring overall quality of the Civil design by performing regular reviews.
Participating in formal 3D plant model reviews.
Applies knowledge/skills to a range of activities, acts as a technical resource to others in own area and to colleagues with less experienceAbout the job:
