We require an experienced senior mechanic to work in our mechanical department to carry out various repairs to our customer's vehicles.
Duties:
• Brake and steering repairs
• Small electrical repairs
• Suspension repairs
• Interior repairs
• Repairs to running gear
• Diagnosing of faults and scanning for issues
• Hybrid Battery Diagnostics and Replacement
• General mechanical work as required.The successful applicants will need the following skills
• Experience in mechanical repairs of over 5 years
• Be able to work well with in a team environment.
• Be honest and reliable.
• Be self motivated and efficient in work procedures.
• Be quick and accurate when carrying out duties.
• Experience with Hybrid batteries
• Have good communication skills, listen and follow instructions, be able to fill in paperwork accurately.
• Be punctual and be able to work extra hours when required.
• Have a clean Drivers License.Hours of work8.00am to 5.30pm, overtime is required at times.
