Using the freshest high-quality ingredients, all of the food at Shake Shack is made to order (from burgers to shakes to everything in between).Theآ Restaurant Manager is accountable for managing the restaurant in accordance with company and host brand values to achieve company set objectives and is responsible for maintaining high standards of food and service quality.
You will also be required to combine strategic planning, shift pattern organization and day-to-day management activities.
You will have/be:
• At least 5 years' experience inآ fast casual dining restaurants.
• Financial skills, P&L and inventory management experience.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent writtenآ and oralآ communication in English.
