Lead Insight Analyst needed to join our team on a permanent basis, here at VML Enterprise Solutions.
The opportunity:
Lead Insight Analyst required to joining our rapidly expanding Data Analytics team .
As a Lead Insight Analyst you will have the opportunity to work on some of our largest projects and key accounts .
Reporting to the Head of Data Analytics , you will be responsible for analysing digital behaviour in order to provide key, actionable insight and critical recommendations to our clients.
This is more than just an insight role; it's an opportunity to help shape the digital strategies of some of the world's leading brands and retailers! You will be tool agnostic and you will use tools like Google A nalytics and Adobe Analytics for tracking data, GTM , Adobe Launch or Tealium for implementing tags and a mixture of da ta visualization tool as well as Excel and P owerpoint for visualisation .
Additionally, you will be managing a small team of Analysts and will be providing oversight to ensure that their delivering tool quality analysis outputs.
What you'll be doing:
Shaping, sell and deliver large analytics programs of work.
Creating measurement plans that identify the customer behaviour to be tracked (you will work closely with our implementation analysts for this) Establishing detailed reporting and visualisations that help our clients understand the performance of their digital channels Using measurement tools to analyse digital user behaviours in detail, across a wide range of digital properties (websites, mobile applications, instore devices) Creating detailed insight reports that cover key findings and recommendations Presenting your findings to a senior-level client audience and helping them understand what it means for their business Working with our internal UX and design teams to inform the creation of new websites and apps Answering client queries and running training sessions with them Having line management duties for a small team of analysts, including developing their skillset and driving the quality of their work What we want from you:
Extensive experience working as a Lead A nalyst providing insight, ideally in an ecommerce setting (client or agency) Must have Advanced practical knowledge of Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Content Square) Numerically adept in using Excel (or similar) to analyse data Previous experience supporting junior team members Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Extensive experience working with senior client stakeholders Effective time management and multitasking abilities A proven track record of delivering large insight projects for leading B2C organisations What we can offer you:
