The Sr.
HR Business Partner for Radiometer is responsible for the strategic HR agenda and execution aligned to global and regional business and HR priorities (with emphasis on talent management, leadership coaching, organizational design, DE&I, employee engagement and change management).
In this role you will be accountable for end-to-end HR services and work directly with selected Client Groups in Global Operations as well as our Clinical & Medical Affairs Organization.

This position is based at our entity in Brønshøj Copenhagen.
You will report to the Lead Senior HR Business Partner and work alongside a team of dedicated HR professionals.
The HR Business Partner team works in a matrix organization with a shared purpose of offering best in class HR Business Partnering to our stakeholders around the world.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work closely with Senior Directors, Line Management, and the global HR team to deliver on a variety of HR tasks from strategic initiatives to operational people related matters.
  
• Take part in delivering on our strategic priorities within areas such as Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Organizational Change Management.
  
• Be part of a highly engaged and ambitious HR team where we have a strong focus on collaboration and development.
  
• Explore and utilize our portfolio of Leadership programs and trainings including our LEAN toolbox called Danaher Business Systems (DBS).
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• You hold a relevant degree within Human Resources, Psychology, Management or similar.
  
• You have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner and already have a solid expertise within all aspects of the employee life cycle, performance management, organizational development, change management and leadership coaching and development.
  
• You have a good basic understanding of Danish employment law and ability to support leaders in Personnel matters, with close collaboration with our Labor Relations team.
  
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  
• Ideally, you have a good sense of structure and an analytical mindset and know how to use data to drive decision-making and solve complex challenges.
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Talent Management, Organizational design and building strong teams.
  
• Use of Workday or similar HRIS System
• Knowledge of Change Management practices and relevant tools, such as Prosci ADKAR.
