As our new Senior FCP Officer within the Banking Services space, you will be a part of and work closely with the rest of the FCP department.
With this role, you will have a broad impact across Lunar, particularly through close collaboration with the Legal and Tech teams, as well as our commercial teams.

You will contribute to developing the framework governing Lunar's approach to managing financial institutions and correspondent relationships within the FCP domain.
Working alongside colleagues within and outside the team, you will contribute to ensuring that essential procedures are defined and adhered to in the practical work with the customers of the segment.
Thereby ensuring that processes such as onboarding, risk assessment, ongoing monitoring, and more are conducted in line with regulatory requisites and best practices, all tailored to Lunar's operational structure.

• Extensive experience in managing financial institutions and/or correspondent relationships

• Strong familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in the field, including anti-money laundering regulation, and maybe you know the Wolfsberg best practice principles.
  

• Project management skills to drive the process and involve relevant stakeholders from application to onboarding.
  

• Experience with risk assessment, as you will have ownership and decision-making authority with new customers.
  

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  

What will you do?

• Manage financial institutions and correspondent relationships within the FCP area from start to finish.
  

• Handle customer onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes.
  

• Conduct risk assessments.
  

• Maintain continued dialogue with customers.
  

• Continue seeking opportunities to improve the defined policies and procedures within the area.
