Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO/SEM)

Work hours: Mon-Fri (between 9am and 5pm) Hybrid work
Compensations: $48K - 60K or $24-30/hr. (DOE)
Benefits (after 3 months' probation period)

Main Job duties:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the products and services
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate market trends
• Improve funnel building - Lead Magnet, lead funnel, etc.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaign, blog, and website
SEO&SEM
• Manage Google my Business, Google ads, Facebook ads, Shopify page
• Effective backlinking
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Other duties as required
Minimum experience:
• Exceptional communication skills in English
• Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Basic understanding of Shopify and web design
• Basic knowledge of ChatGPT for blogging purposes
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices
• Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies
• Knowledge of advertising principles and techniques across various channels (print, digital, social media)
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
