Relevant directement du marchand (propriétaire) et travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le directeur généralLe (La) chef de bureau a la responsabilité de planifier et superviser tout le soutien administratif et le travail de bureau du magasin. Le (La) chef de bureau gère et protège quotidiennement des renseignements de nature sensible et confidentielle. Ce poste exige un niveau de discrétion élevé et la préservation de la confidentialité des renseignements et pourrait exiger de signer une entente de confidentialité.

Responsabilités et tâches
Service à la clientèle
Régler et gérer rapidement les demandes et les préoccupations des clients et du personnel.
Exploitation
Préparer la tenue de livres, notamment les fins de mois comptables et les états financiers les comptes clients et les comptes fournisseurs. Gestions des comptes recevables ainsi que la préparation des payables.
Réconcilier la facture Flex et les autres relevés de la Société, les comptes du magasin et gérer les pièces justificatives.
Traiter les réclamations, les rabais et les rajustements.
Préparer les documents de paie (déductions à la source); gérer et tenir à jour des dossiers personnels sur les employés, notamment la rémunération et les avantages sociaux, au besoin.
Trier et gérer le courrier entrant et sortant.
Préparer des registres et compiler des rapports.
Superviser les activités quotidiennes et hebdomadaires du bureau afin d'atteindre les objectifs de productivité fixés.
Assurer le respect de toutes les lois fédérales et provinciales applicables, entre autres la Loi sur l'équité salariale.
Rapport de fin d'année.
Remise de la TPS, TVQ sur Taxe de pneus.
S'assure que tous les permis d'exploitation de l'entreprise sont en règle.
En collaboration avec le marchand assurer la gestion et la mise à jour du programme de partage des profits
Exigences
Doit avoir 3 à 5 années d'expérience dans un domaine similaire.
Études postsecondaires ou l'équivalent.
Diplôme en comptabilité / administration des affaires / titre de conseiller en ressources humaines agréé, un atout.
Expérience dans un poste de direction de bureau.
Connaissance approfondie des logiciels de bureautique, Microsoft Word et Excel, systèmes de paie, de comptabilité et de tenue de livres.
Expérience de supervision, de direction ou à titre de gérant ou toute autre expérience pertinente
