A Laval, sous l'autorité du directeur de production, le titulaire du poste planifie et organise les activités et supervise les employés de son département.
Principales tâches et responsabilités du poste
Planifie, organise, dirige et contrôle les activités du quart de jour.
Met à jour le plan de production et effectue les entrées de données dans les différentes bases de données (Inventaires, Efficacités, . ).
S'assure d'avoir en inventaire les matières premières et composantes d'emballages dont il a besoin pour la production.
S'assure de l'application, du suivi et de la mise à jour des diverses instructions de travail et de contrôle prévues par le système qualité.
Collabore dans la rédaction, l'amélioration et l'implantation des procédures de fabrication ainsi qu'à l'évaluation, à l'implantation et au respect des standards de production.
Fait respecter les différents règlements de l'entreprise et discipline les employés de son département lorsque nécessaire.
Participe aux enquêtes et analyses d'accidents de travail (collecte de faits, correctifs et suivis).
Effectue les évaluations de rendement des employés sous sa responsabilité.
Procède à l'inspection de l'usine, rapporte et fait le suivi sur toute situation jugée hasardeuse ou dangereuses.
S'assure du maintient de la propreté et de l'organisation sécuritaire de son département.
Effectue toutes autres tâches connexes.
DES avec expérience pertinente ou DEC en production manufacturière ou tout autre domaine pertinent, un atout, combiné à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
Excellentes habiletés de supervision
Excellentes aptitudes mathématiques
Bonne connaissance d'Excel, Outlook et système ERP
Bonne connaissance des normes de qualité dont ISO-9001 et ISO-14001
