• Have a drivers license, you may be required to do site visits/checks, meet with clients and oversee installs on larger projects.
• You should be willing to learn, and learn from your mistakes.
Also, being open to giving advice to others on new/different ways to create products.
• Have a great eye for detail.
Details can make or break a project in each and every phase.
Not every project is the same, and may require different levels of problem solving.As a Lead Fabricator, the team will rely on you to take the project from the start of production, to a paint ready product.
The duties that are included in this (but not limited to) are:
• Attending take-off meetings with the sales rep, production manager, and installation manager.
• Coordinating with our design/pre-press team and client
• Leading the project through the production process, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, on budget, and top quality.
• MIG and TIG welding
• Working with Acrylics/Plastics
• Working with Low Voltage/LEDs
• Wood Fabrication With great responsibility comes great reward! You can expect all, or some of the following depending on experience:
• Salary of $75K - $90K (worked in to an hourly rate)
