Onze klant is een veelzijdige bouwgroep, gespecialiseerd in het produceren en leveren van metalen halffabrikaten, metaalconstructies en gefabriceerde betonwanden voor o.a.
kantoorruimtes, toonzalen en winkelruimtes, werkplaatsen en productieruimtes, loodsen,.
Vanuit vestigingen in België vertrekken dagelijks eigen professionele bouwploegen naar verschillende werven, verspreid over België, Nederland, Luxemburg, Frankrijk en Duitsland.
Voor het metaalatelier in Meeuwen zijn we op zoek naar een Calculator.
Als Calculator bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:
- je bestudeert met de verkoper of bouwheer de plannen en eventueel de lastenboeken en maakt op basis van deze informatie een volledige offerte op - je neemt contact op met leveranciers en onderaannemers voor prijsaanvragen en volgt deze nauwgezet op - je leert werken met ons eigen calculatiesysteem - je staat geregeld in voor het maken van ontwerptekeningen - na een ruime opleidingsperiode en door je sterke interesse in de bouwsector ben je in staat om, na analyse en interpretatie van de bouwtechnische eigenschappen, een concurrentiële prijsberekening op te maken.
Profiel Als calculator heb je volgend profiel:
- je genoot een hogere opleiding bouw en bent cijfermatig aangelegd - verder hou je ervarn om de sales te ondersteunen in hun prijscalculaties waardoor je als team de projecten binnenhaalt - je bent nauwgezet in opvolging en beschikt over de nodige zelfstandigheid - je hebt reeds een eerste werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie Je werkt als calculator zelfstandig en je bent betrouwbaar en kan analytisch redeneren.
