General Overview :
Intelligent Solutions has been mandated by a large Multinational organization for a CHRO to lead their HR function.
In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate with the company's Executives to effectively roll out HR policies and procedures, secure and retain exceptional talent in alignment with the organization's overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyzing and evaluating existing strategies, policies and procedures, and reforming them in collaboration with company executives.
Contributing to a healthy corporate culture that supports growth and equal opportunity.
Create robust talent acquisition and management strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Implement best practices in recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
Brainstorming and implementing incentives that increase staff morale and productivity.
Establish and implement HR actions and initiatives that effectively promote and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Implement recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and contributions.
Implement performance management systems that drive accountability, continuous feedback, and high performance.
Develop leadership and management capabilities across the organization.
Implement initiatives that promote employee health, well-being, and work-life balance.
Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
15+ years of HR experience with a focus on strategic HR leadership.
Proven experience as a strategic business partner to executive leadership.
Strong business acumen and understanding of how HR impacts business success.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
