North Star Health is seeking a dentist to provide care to an underserved population in the Brattleboro, Vermont area.
The Dentist will demonstrate the following qualifications and standards in their role:
Clinical Practice & Case Management:
Provide safe therapeutic care in holistic and systemic way to include the assessment and overall care management of a specified patient population.
Exercise independent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis and initiation of dental processes and procedures.
Teamwork:
Communicate effectively and works cooperatively with others.
Have respect for and understanding of other clinical disciplines.
Use an integrated approach to patient outcomes.
Quality/Best Practice:
Utilize standards, guidelines, and protocols for care delivery.
Incorporate data and information to continuously improve care and practice to enhance outcomes.
Professional Development:
Ensure improvements in practice settings by assuming responsibility for self-development in life-long learning.
Provide direction and guidance to others regarding practice, serves as a resource, and mentor.
Leadership skills demonstrated in decision making and problem solving.
Consistently demonstrate behavior that supports the Mission of North Star Health.
Requirements US Dental ResidencyDental License in the state of VermontWillingness to travel to alternate clinic sites
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 virus and provide required vaccination documentation unless approved for an exemption prior to starting employment.
