Summary

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for executing the recruitment strategy for the Yates Commercial Division while also providing hands-on recruitment support to ensure timely placement of resources.

Core Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategy for Yates Commercial, establishing candidate pipelines to meet current and future needs across multiple states.
Establish reporting metrics to track success, timeliness, and efficiency of hiring activity.
Determine the best recruiting methods and outlets to meet the needs of the organization and projects, negotiating terms and managing relationships with search firms and job boards as appropriate.
Establish relationships with division, corporate, and project leaders in order to understand business/staffing needs and offer solutions through creative and effective sourcing and hiring practices, taking initiative, prioritizing, influencing, negotiating and partnering effectively.
Lead regular meetings with recruiting team and division managers to ensure project staffing needs are met; providing metrics reporting weekly or as appropriate.
Provide leaders with guidance through the interview, offer, and hiring process; leveraging support from broader HR team as appropriate.
Gather data regarding industry trends and labor market conditions; adjusting strategies as needed and sharing data with broader HR team and management as appropriate.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or other relevant field of study required.
10+ years of agency and/or corporate recruitment experience required.
3+ years management experience strongly preferred.
Experience or knowledge of construction industry strongly preferred.
