- Perform administrative tasks such as completing medical forms, reports, and evaluations
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Initiate communication with staff regarding new admissions
- Collaborate with residents, families, and providers in planning care
- Order/reorder medications and review medication administration
- Participate in oncall schedule
- Active LPN license in the state
- CPR certification
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Longterm care experience desirable.
