Hanesbrands is looking for a talented Customer Care Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 8 years of experience in the industry.

As a Customer Care Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
You will handle all customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
You will also be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to provide excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 8+ years of experience in customer care or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Presentation and innovation soft skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience managing a team is a plus Benefits:
