Avec le soutien du chef de l'ingénierie, tu feras partie de l'équipe d'automatisation, multidisciplinaire dans le domaine de la technologie des opérations (TO). Tu moderniseras les systèmes de contrôle : les automates programmables industriels (PLC), les interfaces opérateurs (IHM) et les variateurs de moteurs (VFD). Tu évalueras et réaliseras les projets d'automatisation. Tu programmeras les systèmes de contrôle et coordonneras la mise en œuvre des projets. En plus des projets de modernisation, tu répondras aux demandes de modification des ingénieurs métallurgiste pour venir en support à l'entretien et l'opération. Également, tu devras :
Comprendre les besoins des clients internes et proposer des solutions
Concevoir et programmer les logiques de contrôle, rédaction de cahier des charges
Réviser les diagrammes de procédé et plans électriques
Superviser les travaux d'installation et de diagnostic en usine

• Baccalauréat en génie de la production automatisée ou électrique, jumelé à 2 ans d'expérience
• Membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (CPI)
• Maîtrise des PLC : Allen Bradley, Schneider Quantum, M340, M580
• Connaissance interfaces Wonderware, iFIX, Magelis, Panel View, SurvalentOne
• Connaissance des Robots Fanuc et du système distribué DeltaV
• Faire preuve de leadership et de polyvalence
• Capacité à travailler efficacement avec les clients et toutes les parties prenantes
• Avoir des aptitudes à communiquer de façon efficace avec le personnel de tous les niveaux
• Favoriser le travail d'équipe, l'amélioration continue et le travail bien fait
