Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez un spécialiste de cette discipline pour l'attestation d'études collégiales (AEC) en maintenance d'éolien et la formation sur mesure pour les entreprises.
Grâce à une maîtrise de la matière à enseigner et vos qualités de pédagogue, vous aurez à planifier, préparer et dispenser les activités d'enseignement, d'apprentissage et d'évaluation.
Votre tâche d'enseignement
CHARGES
Une charge d'enseignement à temps complet.
Contrat d'une durée d'une année du 3 septembre 2024 au 30 août 2025
EXIGENCES
Diplôme universitaire terminal de 1er cycle dans un champ de spécialisation approprié, notamment en génie électrique ou diplôme d'études collégiales ou attestation d'études collégiales dans un champ de spécialisation approprié, notamment en génie électrique ou maintenance éolienne, avec 3 ans d'expérience
ou
Diplôme d'études collégiales ou attestation d'études collégiales dans un champ de spécialisation approprié, notamment en maintenance industrielle ou maintenance éolienne, avec 3 ans d'expérience.
Toute combinaison d'études et d'expériences de travail pertinentes pourra être analysé.
Ce que nous recherchons
L'enseignant et l'enseignante au collégial a la responsabilité de toutes les activités inhérentes à l'enseignement, notamment :
Une personne organisée qui prépare, aide et valide avec le souci du détail, plan d'études, ainsi que cours, et le matériel et équipements nécessaires;
Une personne motivée qui offre avec dynamisme cours et laboratoires;
Une personne qui a à cœur d'aider et de soutenir ses étudiantes et étudiants ainsi que les nouveaux enseignants à s'intégrer dans l'équipe;
Une personne rigoureuse qui aide les enseignants dans la préparation des évaluations des apprentissages;
Une personne mobilisée qui assiste aux comités de sélection des étudiants et étudiantes, ainsi qu'à ceux de l'embauche de nouveaux enseignants et enseignantes et qui s'assure de la bonne coordination entre les différents intervenants.
Ce que vous devez posséder
Expérience significative en maintenance d'éoliennes et bonne connaissance de l'industrie éolienne.
Une formation en pédagogie ou une expérience en enseignement à distance sera considérée comme un atout.
Des habiletés au niveau du travail en équipe.
Bonne connaissance de l'anglais écrit et parlé sera considérée comme un atout.
Période d'emploi prévue
Du 3 septembre 2024 au 30 août 2025
Tests : Les candidates et candidats devront répondre aux exigences fixées par le Cégep en matière de compétences langagières. Vous trouverez ici des suggestions de préparation aux tests de français. D'autres tests peuvent être exigés.
