Perform night audit duties as directed by the hotel proceduresPerform Front Desk Agent dutiesLearn the Emergency Response Manual thoroughlyAssist with night securityProvide Hotel Manager with report on unusual occurrencesMaintenance of Front Desk floatTraining of new night audit staffEnsure office areas and lobby kept cleanEnsure opening restaurant and kitchen personnel report to workPerform other related duties as directed by SupervisorsAssist with other related company duties outside of departmentWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Personality traits of a top-notch Front Desk Agent, the skills of an Accounting Clerk and the ability to be a self-starterBasic knowledge of accounting and computersExperience as Front Desk Agent an assetAble to accept directionWorks will with minimal supervisionDecisive with good interpersonal skillsExcellent public relations skillsEnjoys working night shiftsAbility to work within a team conceptTo honour our commitment to be 'Always Honest' all employees must consent to a criminal record checkWhat will your work environment be like?:
