Due to continued growth we are searching for Truck Driver CDL A Long Haul Private Fleet within 100 miles of Dallas, TX.

Compensation:

Annual salary up to $100,000 per year, which includes:

- Activity based and accessorial pay. (can include layover, detention, stop-off, etc.)

- High weekly miles.

- Home every 14 days.

- Weekly paychecks.

- Profit-sharing.

Work Schedule:

- 14-day routes, home-time every 2 weeks.

- Start times vary, typically early mornings.

- Plan your own route, breaks, etc.; pre-scheduled appointments at most stops.

- Routes are 100-miles from distribution locations.

- One pet allowed per tractor with non-refundable deposit.

- One passenger allowed (10 years of age or older) upon approval.

- Truck may be taken home with prior approval.

- Must be flexible with work schedule.

Responsibilities:

- Backing in and out of docks.

- Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations.

- Provide excellent customer service.

- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle.

- Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 12 months of CDL A tractor-trailer experience, must have OTR experience.

- Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen.

- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver s License, with air brakes endorsement.

- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses.

- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.

- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

- Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical.

- Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance.
