We are excited to announce the opening of a new Acute Rehab Unit in Lewiston, Idaho, and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN in our Acute Rehab Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety.
Responsibilities:
• Assessing and analyzing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical history
• Educating patients on their medical conditions and treatment plans
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care is integrated and comprehensive
• Ensuring patient safety by adhering to established protocols, policies, and procedures
• Evaluating patient outcomes and adjusting care plans as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
• Active RN license in the state of Idaho
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
