Warehouse Coordinator

Would you like to work with a fast-growing business in a fun and friendly team? Our client is looking for an organised, quick thinking, enthusiastic and efficient person to join their Customer Service Team to assist with the smooth running of the warehouse and office.
• Based in Epsom
• £25,000
• Mon – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (Friday 4pm finish)
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Car parking
• Life Insurance after probationary period
• Healthcare after 3 years’ service

Job specification:
• Daily Management of the Warehouse
• Stock Control and Goods In
• Arranging collections/deliveries of imported goods
• Customer Service telephone support
• Assisting Order Processing
• Admin support for sales team
• Maximizing sales opportunities whilst dealing with customer enquiries

Person specification:
• Friendly, articulate and professional with a confident telephone manner
• A positive, proactive and motivated person with a real desire to deliver excellent customer service.
• Someone with high standards, good organisational skills and great attention to detail
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritise work and be reactive.
• Ideally at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
