We are fully remote company. We meet in-person quarterly in Toronto.

As Product Manager, you will continually improve and maintain the confidence of our customers in the platform.

The Product Manager is accountable for:

The in-product customer experience.
Roadmap and product feature selection/scheduling.
Aligning with Marketing and Customer Success for proper Product release rollouts.
Maintaining and improving User Experience and Quality Assurance.
Supplying the Engineering team with material and artifacts needed to architect and build the platform.
Understanding and gathering customer needs on an ongoing basis.

General Responsibilties

Work closely with the UX and Design team to scope and plan new features or changes
Must have a strong understanding of UX design principles and be able to provide effective feedback to designers.
Interface with Marketing and Customer Success on messaging (including updated documentation) for existing and future features / benefits of the product.
Interface with Support on what customers are reporting about their experience in-product.
Managing the feature backlog and communicating internally, with customers and partners.
Planning product sprints in coordination with multiple teams and providing internal updates.
Working closely with the development manager to optimize the engineer team's output and align expectations on timelines.
Owning the product test plan and execution before each release.
Own the reporting and metrics for the product and engineering team.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS software or technology company, with proven ability to consistently deliver strong measurable results.
Strong expertise with Jira and Confluence.
Working knowledge of DevOps and release management.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with all departments.
Have a good eye for design.
Enjoy working and executing in a fast paced, innovative, and energizing environment.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Proven leadership and strong decision making.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to build trusting relationships with co-workers and customers while living our core values day to day.
