About the job
A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Director Statistical programming to join their growing Biometrics practice.
It's an exciting opportunity to be part of their Biometrics practice working on innovative projects on Oncology and Rare Diseases.
You will be instrumental in managing and implementing cutting-edge statistical programming strategies, ensuring accurate analysis of complex data sets, and optimizing clinical trials to external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Advanced degree (Ph.D.
preferred) in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field.
Extensive experience in statistical programming within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on oncology and rare diseases preferrable but not a must.
Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strong proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., SAS, R), and familiarity with CDISC standards.
In-depth knowledge of clinical trial design and analysis, including regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex information to diverse stakeholders.
